  • Unclaimed Money Locator cannot disclose the source of your funds unless we have your signed authority.
  • Unclaimed Money Locator (fee) is payable on all monies recovered, upon recovery of funds.
  • The recovery fee is payable by the client upon receipt of the recovered funds. Once the client receives the unclaimed money from the holding authority, an invoice will be issued. The client undertakes to pay the service fee in full within seven (7) days of receiving their funds. The client accepts they are responsible for providing correct information to ensure timely processing.
  • Once Authority to Release is signed, the claimant cannot withdraw from our services to recover the claim. Should the claimant withdraw from supplying the relevant documents requested (within the client’s ability) to complete the claim, you will still be liable to pay the recovery fee. Upon refusal to supply extra documents, Unclaimed Money Locator will give 7 days’ notice to the client, the client’s file will be closed, and payment of our fee will be required.
  • Should the suit be commenced or an attorney employed to enforce payment of the recovery fee pursuant to this agreement, the claimant agrees to pay any such additional sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorney’s fees in said suit.
  • Unclaimed Money Locator accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of any information provided via correspondence or communications. The accuracy or reliability of the information provided is not guaranteed or warranted in any way, and Unclaimed Money Locator, its agencies, representatives, subsidiaries, and affiliates disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including & without limitation, liability for the accuracy, quality, performance, or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.
  • These Terms & Conditions can be varied at any time by Unclaimed Money Locator upon the giving of 7 days’ notice in writing to the Client detailing such changes.
